Logan Schluntz is a 19 year-old sophomore at Las Positas College in the East San Francisco Bay Area. He began acting at the Great Dickens Christmas Fair in San Francisco at age eight. His continuing training there led to roles as Big Jule in "Guys & Dolls", the Wizard in "Wizard of Oz", and Albert Peterson in "Bye, Bye, Birdie" while in middle school. Lately he has been branching out into voice work (Twelve Chimes it's Midnight podcast episode 21 "Midnight Delinquents") and film experience (educational videos for the Center of Judicial Education and Research). Being cast as Pugsley in Las Positas College's production of "The Addams Family" as a high school sophomore helped him decide to start his college experience there.

Logan has had eight years of training in improvisational theater and characterization with the Dickens Fair, as well as theatre classes at school from seventh grade to senior year. His last year of high school, he had three performance classes on his schedule, Chamber Singers, Theatre Four, and ROP Play Production. He has also been taking beginning tap dance to build his skill-set and is taking Voice at Las Positas to hone that skill.

While in high school, Logan performed whenever the opportunity arose and he portrayed Meyer Wolfsheim in "The Great Gatsby" and Piero, in "Big Love", which won his ROP Play Production class a silver medal at the Lenaea Theatre Festival in February of 2019, the highest award his school has ever achieved in that category.

Logan's senior year ended with the Contra Costa Musical Theatre production of "Matilda", performed at the Lesher Center in Walnut Creek. In that production, Logan was cast as adult ensemble. He played several roles, including an older student, a parent, a mechanic, and a Mafia goon. As an 18-show run, it was the most challenging production he has experienced to date, and it further solidified his desire to make his future on the stage.

While in his first year of college, Logan enjoyed the role of a Zombie in the ensemble of "Evil Dead: The Musical". He then branched outside of school and joined the cast of "Urinetown" with Landmark Musical Theatre, taking on the role of Officer Barrel. Unfortunately, Covid-19 then put a halt to the Bay Area theatre scene. During this time, Logan has been attending the Las Positas Actor's Conservatory. He also participated in a world premiere reading of "Just Vote" by Judith Offer, presented through Masquers Playhouse.

When not performing, Logan is a storyteller. He loves shaggy dog tales and sharing a good joke. He can often be found leading his friends in games of Dungeons & Dragons, creating his own plots and twists. He's a voracious reader and enjoys seeing as much live musical theater as he can. He is looking forward to discovering new characters, stretching himself, and making people laugh.
